PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk. (Code: BULL IJ) is a sea transport and logistic company, with main focus on oil and gas transportation in Indonesia under cabotage principle. BULL business strategy is to maintain most of its revenue under time charter contract for best revenue stability and maintain growth with continuous deleveraging. BULL currently owns 33 vessels with total capacity of more than 2.2 million DWT, consisting of 26 oil.
tankers, 3 gas tankers, 3 FPSO/FSO and 1 Chemical Tanker. BULL’s main clients are well recognized oil and gas players such as Pertamina, Trafigura, ChemChina, MISC, Lukoil.
Oil & Gas
PT Gasindo Jaya Energi Tbk is a holding oil and gas company which owns 100% shares in Gasindo Makmur Energy Ltd., the operator of oil and gas concession block in Bangkudulis Block, North Kalimantan.
Bangkudulis Block is located in Mangkudulis Island, Tana Tidung Regency, North Kalimantan. Sesayap River runs across the center of the block, with total area of 18.66 km2. Based on survey by independent party, Block Bangkudulis has oil reserves of 9.5 MMSTB and gas reserves of 84 billion Cubic Feet (BCF). In 2019, PT Gasindo has acquired PT Margatama Perkasa, an oil and gas services company with contract from Pertamina to provide generator.
Energy & Infrastructure
PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (Code: BIPI IJ) is an integrated coal chain infrastructure complete with Coal Powerplants and Crushers, Overland Conveyors to transport coal from the mine to the port and three ports located in East and South Kalimantan. The company generated revenue and EBITDA of USD 493 Mio and USD 100 Mio respectively on Q3 2023, serving two primary clients PT Kaltim Prima Coal and PT Arutmin Indonesia with a total capacity of 24 million tonnes from each client per annum.
Through BIPI subsidiary, PT Nusa Tambang Pratama owns 5 conveyors that ranges from 6.2 km to 12 km with a maximum capacity of 12 to 24 million tonnes in annual capacity per conveyor.

PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (Code: ITMA) is a company that focuses on trading, export and import, consultation services and contractor in the mining and energy sector. BIPI acquired PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (Code: ITMA) in 2019, and consolidate 100%.
Sakari Resources Ltd. is a coal mining company that mines for thermal coal on Sebuku Island, Makassar Straits and the Separi Region.
The Group has a highly active organic and acquisition-based growth strategy that is designed to give assurance to customers over the long-term availability of their coal supplies and high rewards for shareholders. Already one of Indonesia’s leading thermal coal exporters, Sakari Resources is fast gaining recognition as a global force in the industry.
